"Inhumane" conditions make Alex ill

Alexandra asked Big Brother if the system could be turned off, saying that they deliberately over-heated the house in response.
"I asked them to turn off the air-con because at night it’s made my voice go funny," she said. "In replacement, we get a sauna. I think they’re trying to wind me up, to be honest. This is borderline inhumane. We either have to freeze to death at night or boil."
Michael offered a solution, saying: "There’s only one option and that is to sleep in the raw!"
Alexandra and Darnell emerged from the Diary Room, happy to have sorted the problem. They also received 'new' instructions on how to get hot water in the bathroom, as many housemates had faced a second day of cold showers.
Only after Alexandra explained that taps needed to run cold for five full minutes did Stephanie admit that she and Luke had been told the same thing that morning.
