Group teaches each other new skills
The group tried to teach each other new skills this afternoon.

The housemates were confined to the garden and the luxury bedroom while Big Brother set up today's task, and some of them decided to get into the pool. While they were there, they took the opportunity to teach Sylvia how to swim.

They began by telling her to hold on to the side and kick her legs while Dale and Kathreya supported her. Jennifer told Sylvia that she taught herself to swim, adding: "It's all about confidence. If you think you can do it, you can do it." However, Sylvia confessed that she didn't trust the water.

Luke and Kathreya admitted that it took them a long time to learn to swim, while Dale told the group that when he was younger and went swimming, other children would laugh at him. Jennifer continued to offer Sylvia words of encouragement, reassuring her: "You'll get there. You can't hurt yourself."

However, not all the housemates were so supportive. Alexandra was unimpressed by Sylvia's attempts, laughing: "What are you doing? How hilarious. You're not even trying. Oh, please."

Meanwhile, Dennis attempted to teach Kathreya how to perform a dance move known as "runs", although she found it difficult to grasp.

"Don't do the skipping thing you're doing," he pleaded, before deciding to break it down for her. "Just do one," he suggested.
