Best Of CBB: Kenzie fights back against John

After putting up with his grumpiness, sulking and walking around in his underpants, Kenzie finally napped at John McCririck after he described him as a "weak" housemate. The Blazin' Squad flew into a rage at the horse racing pundit and bagged himself a place in the series final by showing he had plenty of backbone.

John got more than he bargained for last night when he labelled Kenzie as "weak."

Each night John leaves a bag wedged in the bedroom doorway to let cool air enter the room but yesterday Big Brother instructed Kenzie to remove the bag and close the door fully "for maintenance reasons."

This manoeuvre irritated a roused John, who directed his anger at the messenger. "There's no f***ing maintenance at all," he spat. "Give us no fresh air? And [they tell] the weakest one like you."

Already inebriated, Kenzie wasn't about to take John's insults lying down. "Do you honestly think I give a f**k?" he asked as John fell silent. "You're saying 'you're weak, you're this, you're that' - you don't f***ing know me! Shut your f***ing lip man - don't talk to me like I'm a little f***ing boy. Don't f***ing patronise me because I'm nineteen!"

Despite getting no reaction from the betting pundit, who attempted to return to sleep, Kenzie became increasingly frustrated. "You're bigger than this," urged Lisa, trying to calm him down.

"Talk to me like I'm a little f***ing boy - that's what I didn't want," the rapper ranted. "I brought [you] three glasses of wine last night, now I walk in and I get all this f***ing bullsh**t."

The rest of the group rallied behind Kenzie, with Brigitte addressing John more diplomatically. "He did not deserve that John," she said. "You offended him like you always offend people."

"John, you need to shut the f**k up or ship out," added Lisa, still to no reaction. "You've got five or ten million people waiting to hit you. Don't upset anyone... especially my little baby."

As Kenzie geared up for a second stab at sleeping beauty, Jeremy stepped in and escorted him back to his bed, urging him not to rise to the bait [of silence].

Eventually things quietened down and the housemates settled in to slumber.
