First celeb Head of House to be crowned

The last housemate to claim a bed in Celebrity Big Brother will become the show's first Head of House, it emerged tonight.

Davina McCall made the revelation after this year's 11 contestants were unveiled.

Housemates were told in the introductory rules that they should each claim a bed by putting their suitcase on it, with politician Tommy Sheridan advising his fellow celebrities to act quickly.

However, Davina later said that the last person to claim a bed will be made the show's first famous leader, gaining special privileges as well as a luxury bedroom suite.
