Sitting around the dining room table, Tina announced that no-one had managed to get on her nerves so far.

As everyone tucked into their chilli, cooked by Coolio, Tommy wondered: "Is this the calm before the storm, do you think? We're all friendly with one another, we're all getting along."

He added: "When does the madness descend?"
