The model seemed genuinely delighted to be leaving, while her fellow nominee sobbed uncontrollably as the announcement boomed inside the living area.
The 23-year-old bade her fellow housemates farewell, then reminded herself not to fall down the stairs as she exited the house to a mixture of boos and cheers.
The highlights of Lucy's interview:
On not getting her boobs out: "I get my clothes off for a living, but it is like there is a time and a place. I don't mind if I'm seen as just a pair of boobs, it is just so cold and I haven't fake tanned and stuff... it is that sad."
On her relationship with Coolio: "24 hours of that... Relentless."
On the ups and downs of Big Brother life: "One minute you think 'I hate it here, everyone is really boring me, I need to go'. The next thing, something funny will happen."
On Ulrika: "Ulrika was the biggest surprise for me. She is lovely. She is really warm and very cuddly. She is a top bird."
On why she was voted off: "I haven't got my clothes off and I'm probably quite boring because I am just quite normal and I don't like the sound of my voice that much."
On Verne: "Such a gentleman, and his little one-liners are just gold."
On Tommy's political stance: "It is total proof that you can have very different opinions and still like a person."
On the two housemates that she would have nominated: "I would have to say Coolio. I don't know, there are a couple of people. Maybe Ben, only because he is a really nice lad but we just have nothing in common."
