The 27-year-old was the first of the five finalists to be ousted by members of the public with 15.2% of the vote.
During his interview with Davina, the former A1 singer said that his patience had been tested in the house and that he was pleased to have made it to the show's finale.
The highlights of Ben's interview:
On making it to tonight's final: "I'm quite surprised, but very pleased."
On the multiple "massive personalities" in the house: "I think everybody did very well for what it was. I think when people tend to be very noisy, I tend to go into my shell a little bit. Especially in the last five, I was the youngest by about 30 years."
On Benchelle: "Michelle and I, we knew each other before and because of age and experience we clicked a bit more than other people did... she is a lovely girl."
On fancying Michelle: "Well, you know. She is a lovely girl. She has a boyfriend."
On living with Coolio: "He is very very funny, overall it was a great experience to be around him."
On the experience: "It has definitely tested my patience, but it is great, I have met a lot of people that I wouldn't have."
On whether Big Brother has changed him: "It is three weeks, I don't know how much you can change in three weeks."
On who he wants to win: "I think Verne. He is very laid back, he says what he means. He is a pretty decent guy."
