The presenter told Metro that she had not expected to last until the end of the competition.
Jonsson said: "It took a long time to make the decision to do it. I was having panic attacks thinking about doing it and I was panic-stricken when I was in there.
"I was thinking, 'I'm panicking, I'm having an attack, go and clean the kitchen to make it stop'. I had planned to be out in the first few days, so winning was daunting and completely unexpected."
Of being nominated for eviction, she added: "I was quite grateful as I wanted to go home. And I do not care what they think about me. I don't have anything to do with them anymore.
"It's part of the game, people saying horrible things about you and you doing exactly the same."
