According to reports, producers Endemol had been holding talks with the Mean Girls actress while she was in Singapore playing a series of concerts.
However, a representative for Lohan has told Gossip Cop that the star will not be appearing in the reality show.
"[Producers] have been calling and emailing her whole team and it has been a pass," added the spokesperson. "This is a tacky way to get cheap publicity."
The final season of Celebrity Big Brother will air in January on Channel 4.
