The presenter, who has helmed all ten summer series and seven celebrity specials, claimed that she would consider an offer if another broadcaster purchased the rights to the format.
"For Channel 4 there is no going back," she told This Morning. "But in a funny way, it is right for Channel 4 to draw a line under things. The show can go out on a real high.
"They have actually done me a favour, because I would have done the show until I was dead on my feet."
When asked about working on the programme elsewhere, she said: "I would follow the show, depending on how it would be produced and what they wanted to do with it."
McCall also confessed to suffering from "waves of nostalgia" during filming of the latest celebrity run.
Channel 4 confirmed last August that the reality show would come to an end after this year's summer series.
