Lady Sov's Celeb BB eviction draws 2.9m

The first of two shows, which showed highlights from the previous 24 hours, pulled in 2.09m (7.9%) during the 8pm hour. The 10.20pm show, which saw Lady Sovereign evicted and the housemates nominate live, drew 2.89m (14.8%).
Sandwiched between the two BB shows, Gordon's Great Escape logged 2.26m (9.1%).
Over on BBC One, Panorama put in 2.57m (9.8%) at 8.30pm, then 4.96m (19.1%) watched Hustle at 9pm.
University Challenge and Delia Through the Decades took 2.96m (11.2%) and 3.09m (11.7%) during the 8pm hour, then the audience dropped to 1.88m (7.3%) during the 9pm screening of The British Family.

Police Interceptors attracted 709k (2.7%) to Five at 8pm, then the audience climbed to 1.38m (5.3%) during the 9pm screening of Paul Merton in Europe.
Overall, ITV1 came top during primetime with an average share of 25.8% to BBC One's 20.8%. Channel 4 was third with 7.6% (+1: 1.1%), followed by BBC Two with 7.8% and Five's 3.2%.
Elsewhere, Glee continued to perform well for E4, but dipped to 882k (3.4%) with its third episode, which aired at 9pm. Last week's first two episodes grabbed 1.14m (4.2%) and 913k (4.6%).
