The Tree spoke to Nicola yesterday morning, instructing her to play a game called 'Tell and Kiss'.
The model was tasked to tell each of the other housemates a home truth before giving each one a kiss.
According to the Channel 4 website, Nicola spent the day pulling housemates aside, telling Ivana she looked like a big fat orange, while informing Alex he has yellow teeth.
She also told Jonas he resembled Roland Rat.
Despite giving out the unflattering information, Nicola's fellow housemates remained unaware of her mission, and she will receive a message from home.
On day 16, the mother-of-one cried after winning a photograph of her family.
