Speaking at a press conference after last night's eviction, the ex-Olympic athlete said that she had only received over-the-counter medication from producers when she had trouble sleeping.
Trump said: "I understand that Heidi was taking some drugs because she has to otherwise she will go crazy, because she was in some kind of rehab, I don't know.
"There was apparently a suggestion that I was taking the drugs. Now I have to tell you, if somebody says that, I'm going to sue the newspaper, I will end up buying the newspaper, owning it."
She added: "I have never, ever taken drugs in my entire life, I don't even know what is Tylenol [paracetamol] or aspirin.
"I did get a bad cold and I could not sleep because people were snoring and they were jumping up, they had nightmares in the middle of the night.
"The doctor of Big Brother gave me over-the-counter Nytol for sleeping and got me the sinus pills and that was that... I want to make that absolutely 1,000% clear."
