The Speaker's wife, who was evicted from the Elstree compound on Friday night, said that she had expected to find the X Factor twins "really annoying", but ended up being pleasantly surprised by their 'creativity'.
"To be honest thought I'd go in and find Jedward really annoying, but they are the most wonderful guys," she told Emma Willis on Big Brother's Bit On The Side.
"They're such fun, really creative. I think they're going to win and rightly so... not once did they annoy me... they brought humour and they're wonderful."
Bercow even went so far as to name Jedward and Paddy Doherty as the Celebrity Big Brother housemates she would invite to dinner with her husband John.
However, the 41-year-old was less taken with fellow contestant Darryn Lyons, due to his profession as a tabloid photographer.
"I didn't like Darryn to start with at all," she said. "I found him very much a man's man and very much into the celeb thing... I'm not a celeb, I'm just a mum of three little kids."
Bercow confessed to Celebrity Big Brother host Brian Dowling earlier that she was "embarrassed" to be the first person evicted.
