The Coming Clean star was relaxing in the garden when the X Factor duo came over and started poking at her stomach, spurring her into shouting back: "Get off my chubby belly!"
Ignoring her warnings, the pop pair continued to press on Katona's midriff and declared: "Four babies have been inside this belly."
"I know, it shows," Katona claimed.
It was only then that Jedward 'discovered' that the 30-year-old was pregnant and going into labour, which led to a disturbing and extremely noisy delivery.
Eventually, the process came to an end and Katona was 'handed' her new twin daughters to a round of applause from some of her fellow housemates.
Katona, who is a mother of four in the outside world, jested: "Six babies, how am I going to cope?", before scolding Jedward for bringing "all that attention to [her] belly".
