Pamela Bach's Celebrity Big Brother eviction seen by 2.3m

Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff's Celebrity Big Brother eviction scored with 2.3m viewers on Wednesday night, but lost out to Larry Lamb's Who Do You Think You Are?, the latest audience data has revealed.

Celebrity Big Brother averaged 2.36m (9.8%) for Channel 5 in the 9pm hour, as David Hasselhoff's ex-wife was voted out of the house instead of fellow nominee Darryn Lyons. Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side was seen by 344k (1.9%) on 5* from 10pm.

However, Celebrity Big Brother was outperformed in the 9pm slot by former EastEnders actor Larry Lamb's turn on Who Do You Think You Are?, which pulled in a solid 4.82m (20%) on BBC One. Meanwhile, ITV1's crime drama Lewis averaged 3.64m (15.8%) between 8pm and 10pm, along with 199k (1%) on +1.

Earlier in the evening, National Treasures Live grabbed 3.5m (17.8%) on BBC One from 7.30pm and Sarah Beeny's Village SOS took 2.79m (12.6%) in the 8pm hour. Live At The Apollo amused 1.78m (14.7%) from 11pm.

Escape to the Country served up 1.35m (6.9%) on BBC Two in the 7pm hour, before Natural World mustered 1.67m (7.6%) from 8pm and 121k (0.6%) on BBC HD. Horizon captivated 1.44m (6%) in the 9pm slot and 161k (0.7%) in HD. Have I Got Old News For You amused 1.35m (6.7%) from 10pm.

Over at Channel 4, Location, Location, Location returned with 2.49m (11.3%) in the 8pm hour and 371k (1.5%) on +1. 9/11: The Fireman's Story had 1.96m (8.2%) from 9pm and 375k (2.1%) on timeshift. 8 Out of Ten Cats grabbed 940k (5%) from 10pm and 218k (2.1%) an hour later.

Garden ER grew 523k (2.7%) on Channel 5 from 7.30pm, before Emergency Bikers fetched 1.3m (5.9%) in the 8pm slot. Justin Lee Collins: Viva Las Vegas dazzled 758k (4.1%) from 10pm.

Overall, BBC One stole primetime with 18% against ITV1's 16.6% (+1: 0.7%). Channel 4 came next with 7.3% (+1: 1.2%), followed by BBC Two with 6.6% and Channel 5 with 5.6%.

On the multi-channels, The Glee Project entertained 314k (1.4%) on Sky1 in the 8pm hour, and new comedy drama Mount Pleasant - starring Sally Lindsay and Daniel Ryan - continued with 424k (1.8%) in the 9pm slot.

Benidorm pulled in 600k (2.5%) on ITV2 from 9pm and 136k (0.8%) on +1. E4'sBeaver Falls continued with 318k (1.3%) on E4 in the 9pm hour.
