The TV personality is competing to win the series alongside fellow housemates including Jedward, Amy Childs and Lucien Laviscount. Speaking about the end of their time in the house, Katona said that she had had a "brilliant" experience.
"[It has been] absolutely amazing," she told Laviscount, Jedward and Bobby Sabel during a chat on the sofas earlier today. "[I'm] really scared about going back to the outside world though. I can't wait to see the kids, but I am a bit scared."
She continued: "I'm going to be an emotional wreck tomorrow. For me, this is like the end of an era. I'm going to be sad to go."
However, former Waterloo Road actor Laviscount said that while he is also "sad" to be leaving, he is glad that the remaining seven are "all leaving together". He added: "You're not missing anything. I'm glad that I'm not leaving a few days before."
As the housemates continue to spend their final full day in the Elstree compound, Katona concluded: "It's over. It's all come to an end."
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight at 10pm on Channel 5.
