The reality star was voted out during tonight's live final on Channel 5 ahead of remaining contestants Jedward, Paddy Doherty and Kerry Katona.
Childs left the house to The Wanted's 'Glad You Came', to a largely positive reception from the crowd outside.
She told host Brian Dowling: "I'm so excited to be out."

The former Only Way is Essex personality said that she was "so nervous", and feared being booed by the crowd.
When asked whether she fancied Lucien Laviscount, she replied: "No. He's a friend to me. We had a lot of banter, a bit of flirting. We just had a laugh."
On Laviscount's potential romance with Kerry Katona, she said: "They had loads of chemistry, even in bed they were cuddling and kissing. I wasn't 'jel' at all."
Childs added that she didn't fancy model Bobby Sabel, as they didn't "click".
She finished ahead of earlier evictees Bobby Sabel, Darryn Lyons and Lucien Laviscount.
