Host Brian Dowling features in the clip as an emperor-like leader, asking the voice of narrator Marcus Bentley about the new set of housemates.
Former housemates Amy Childs and Jedward also appear in the trailer as Dowling's aides and angels.
Dowling jokingly asks Bentley whether the housemates will be "exciting", "shameless" and "a proper celebrity".
After a comically long pause, Bentley says: "Of course they are."
EastEnders and Extras star Shaun Williamson previously featured in a Shawshank Redemption parody trailer for the series.
Celebrity Big Brother launches on Thursday, January 5 at 9pm on Channel 5.
