The Celebrity Big Brother star went to the Diary Room to describe the Playboy duo's comparison as "the worst insult" he has ever received.

Cocozza told Big Brother: "That is the worst insult anyone has ever given me. Get these twins out. F**k Justin Bieber."
Meanwhile, the X Factor singer confessed that he is unhappy with the choice of female contestants in this year's lineup.
The 18-year-old continued: "A week without getting my end away, it's doing my head in. I'm not going to lie, I like a shag.
"The Playboy twins are like f**king unbelievably hot, they're not going to go for someone like me, I look like I've been sitting in a garage all my life."
Before returning to his fellow housemates, Cocozza concluded: "You've let me down Big Brother."
