McLean clashed with Giggs on the social networking site following the revelation that she had spent eight years having an affair with her brother-in-law Ryan Giggs.
Madsen began to quiz McLean about the incident in the Celebrity Big Brother house yesterday (January 10), pondering why the pair hadn't come to blows in the compound together.
"I have this vision in my mind sometimes of you two going apes**t on each other," said Madsen. "You had that previous deal on the internet and I keep expecting you to snap.
"What you said was based in reality. Her comments back to you were pretty good. Now you're both in here and I'm trying to figure out why that is entertainment? Why that equation is entertainment?"

McLean replied: "I'm known in previous shows for being really outspoken. I think everyone was expecting me to come in here and say what she did was morally wrong. Which it was."
Madsen took her to task for going on a moral crusade against Giggs, asking: "What gave you the notion of what is moral and what isn't? Why would you take that personally as your mission to say that to her? Just because you read that in a paper and you wanted to call her out on it?"
McLean claimed that her behaviour is down to personal insecurities and argued that she "gets jobs" by being "quite outspoken".
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight (January 10) on Channel 5.
