Celebrity Big Brother: Georgia Salpa wants cosmetic surgery

Georgia Salpa has revealed to her Celebrity Big Brother co-stars that she wants surgery on her lips and nose.

The Irish glamour model said that she wanted "bigger lips" and a "smaller nose" and that she would be willing to go under the knife to make the changes.

Salpa's shocked housemates tried to persuade her that any surgery would be an error.

As Salpa demonstrated what she would like her lips to look like, Gareth Thomas joked: "Oh my God, you look like a lilo."

Natalie Cassidy commented: "You're f**king mad.. I can't believe what I'm listening to."

Nicola McLean claimed that she could understand Salpa's reasons for wanting surgery, but urged her to reconsider.

"Do you know what, Georgia, and I'm not going to lie, you have a beautiful, beautiful face," said McLean. "Trust me when I say, you are stunning, beautiful and I don't want to embarrass you... but don't get anything done to your face. You are perfect."

Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight (January 16) on Channel 5.
