X Factor's Frankie Cocozza celebrated his 19th birthday in the Celebrity Big Brother house today.
The reality TV popstar was given a special super-size birthday cake by Big Brother and was greeted in the Diary Room by a mammoth candle outfit, which he had to wear for the latest 'Get In It To Win It' task.
Cocozza celebrated completing his part of the task by sticking his candle in the cake and then ramming his face into the giant sponge treat and icing.
