The TV presenter angrily went to the Diary Room today to criticise "fake" housemates and to say that she is "sick of the gang mentality" inside the house.
Apologising in advance, Coleen continued to describe Julie as "so f**king two-faced". She explained that she "felt like a bitch" for "slagging" her off.
She said: "She is playing a game in a vile way and it's like, 'Piss off Julie, you haven't loved me from day one. You don't love all these people but you are loving the young ones so that you can come across as some hip 70-year-old that can do this and do that'.
"They all fall for it but she's got all these barbed comments about everyone and I wish that I had nominated her.
"But I didn't because I thought she's a national treasure and people are going to hate me if I keep nominating Julie."
She added: "She is so pissing false and I don't care if people vote me out because I'm not false and I am not jumping ship. I'm not in anybody's ship."
"I said in the beginning that there was only room for one Queen Bee in the house and Julie has held that," she said. "It is definitely a position that Coleen would like to have but I think in the next 48 hours you will see another split in the house.
"It will be Julie vs Coleen and it'll be who backs who. You don't get to 70 and you don't spend years in the entertainment industry without being a survivor. Julie is a survivor."
Samantha added that Coleen would likely get more respect from her housemates if she let her opinions known to Julie.
Later, Coleen and Julie shared a hug in the bedroom, with Julie stating: "It's hard in here."
Danica Thrall, Samantha Brick and Coleen Nolan have been nominated for the latest eviction from the house.
