The Italian Bachelor star was the first housemate evicted in tonight's double elimination, with the Coronation Street veteran voted off soon after.
Martin Kemp survived the public vote and will take his place in Friday's final.
Prince Lorenzo was not immediately evicted after being told of his fate, due to the Channel 5 premiere of Dallas being aired between Celebrity Big Brother broadcasts.
When asked by Big Brother to say goodbye to his housemates for the second time, he said irritatedly: "We're doing this again?"
Lorenzo was applauded by his housemates upon leaving the house, and received an equally warm ovation of cheers and applause from the live eviction audience upon finally leaving.

Julie, by contrast, was roundly booed when she left the house, exiting via the ground floor door rather than descending the stairs.
When informed of her eviction by Dowling, the 70-year-old told her fellow housemates that they had been "fantastic" and let out a loud "Yes" before leaving the compound.
Both Lorenzo and Julie had been the bookmakers' favourites to be voted out of the show.
Celebrity Big Brother concludes on Friday at 9pm on Channel 5.
