Celebrity Big Brother January return date confirmed by Channel 5

Celebrity Big Brother will return on Thursday, January 3 at 9pm on Channel 5, it has been confirmed.

The fourth celebrity series since the show moved to Channel 5 will launch with a two-hour episode hosted by Brian Dowling.



Emma Willis returns as host of spinoff series Bit on the Side, which follows the main show at 11pm.

On Friday, January 4, the show will have a special 30-minute 'Live from the House' episode following its regular highlights episode.



Katie Price and X Factor contestant Rylan Clark are among the first celebrities rumoured to be taking part.

Former deputy prime minister John Prescott has denied tabloid stories linking him to the show.
