In 'Against All Odds', the housemates will be competing in a series of mini games to win extra green 'PASS' balls for a 'Randomizer' machine, which also contains a red 'FAIL' ball.
In two days' time, the machine will randomly pick a ball which will decide whether they receive a luxury budget or an economy shopping delivery. The better they perform in the mini games, the greater their odds of a 'PASS' ball being picked.
The first mini game 'Pass the Pass' sees housemates dining out in the Big Brother bistro. Housemates will be required to pass a series of items from one person to the next, using only their mouths. In front of each is a plate labelled with an increasing number of 'fails'.
If an item drops onto the plate, housemates will receive the corresponding number of 'FAIL' balls. However, if the item makes it to the end of a table and onto a green plate, the group will receive 12 'PASS' balls.
When housemates gathered to play 'Pass the Pass' this afternoon, Heidi broke down after realising that her husband and The Hills co-star Spencer Pratt would be sitting next to glamour model Lacey Banghard, meaning they could end up mouth-to-mouth during the task.

The Big Brother Live Twitter feed reported almost 40 minutes later that Heidi had been "pacified" by a visit to the Diary Room.
The Celebrity Big Brother shopping task will air from tomorrow (January 8) at 10pm on Channel 5.
