The model was evicted after the public voted to save Frankie Dettori and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt instead.
After leaving the house to a chorus of boos, host Brian Dowling asked Paula whether the reaction bothered her, to which she replied: "People have their opinions. We'd be robots otherwise."
The model seemed distant during the interview, as boos and chants from the audience outside were audible throughout.
When asked who she would like to see evicted next, she named Frankie, saying: "I think Frankie's got a game. He's very intelligent, seriously intelligent. He knew by nominating himself out he'd be a hero. He does things that are very clever."
She also said that she would like to see Neil 'Razor' Ruddock win, saying he's "such a gent" and adding: "He's gorgeous and he's funny. He reminds me of Baloo."
When asked what she would be doing post-Big Brother, Paula answered: "I have a few things lined up... I'll keep that close to my chest."
