The remaining housemates were asked to pick the people that they wanted to nominate from a pack of cards with the contestants' faces on.
They had to pick two cards and then voice their reasons in front of their co-stars.
Ryan and Sam ended up picking up the most votes and will go head-to-head to avoid becoming the second housemate evicted.
Supermodel Paula Hamilton became the first celebrity to be voted off the show last night (January 9).
