Some 3.25 million viewers saw X Factor finalist Rylan Clark beat The Hills' stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag to win the reality show last night (January 26), according to overnight figures.

This year's final was significantly up on the 2.1m who saw Julian Clary win the previous series in the summer of 2012, Metro reports.
The ratings saw Channel 5 become the second most watched station of the evening, overtaking both ITV and Channel 4.
Clark said in his winner's interview this morning that he will "sue the f***" out of Pratt and Montag if they continue to claim that he "bullied" them.
