In the final hours before his release from the Big Brother house, Jack revealed his thoughts on being in confinement.
"There's a lot of things that I haven?t missed and thought I would. I've enjoyed not having a watch and not knowing the time," he told Big Brother in the diary room.
"It's invaluable having time and space in which to do things you otherwise would not do," and reflecting on the final task, he said: "I haven't painted for years."
But did anything take Jack by surprise? "I feel more like a guinea pig than I thought I would. A lot of what we do is designed to throw us off balance. That's something I've discovered," he revealed.
Talking of the week's highlight, he said: "I enjoyed Chris Eubank being here. I found him very entertaining."
And with thoughts turning to his remaining housemates, he added: "Keith's been great fun, and I've enjoyed getting to know Claire. We've all been patient with each other."
