The six celebrities have now entered the Big Brother house and are beginning to settle in.
Goldie was the first in -- "First in, last out," as he put it -- and celebrated by "christening the floor." In Goldie speak, this entailed a spot of break dancing.
Next in was a clearly nervous Anne Diamond. Walking down the famous stairs, she was greeted by Goldie. The pair began to compare notes about the day's events as they waited for the housemates to arrive.
Melinda Messenger and Sue Perkins made a joint entrance almost twenty minutes later, hand-in-hand. The obligatory compliments and greetings followed, before Melinda and Anne set about searching for teabags.
Finally, Mark Owen and Les Dennis entered the house together, and the doors closed for the last time until the first eviction on Sunday. "Welcome to celebrity rehab," said Goldie, as the six sat down on the sofas with their drinks.
And so begins the next ten days.. and you can be sure of one thing, DS:BB will be there all the way!
