Les was promptly evicted from the house to a cheering crowd reception shortly after the result was announced.
"It's been fantastic," he said in a post-eviction interview. "I've had the best time, it's been brilliant. I wanted to go in and be me, and I think I did it that. You have a gameshow for 15 years and it's all cheery smiley Les, and there's more to me than that, which I wanted to show."
Of the winner, he said: "I didn't know which one Mark was from Take That to start with. So when he came in I didn't have any preconceptions of him though. He's just sailed through it, he's got a fantastic aura."
More soon.
