Published Thursday, Jan 6 2005, 12:00 GMT | By Neil Wilkes
Just hours now remain until the group of eight celebrities entering the BB house are revealed. DS:BB recaps those rumoured to be in the lineup.
IN: Brigitte Nielsen
The Danish model was one of the first confirmed names for the show. Nielsen has a flamboyant personality and was a producer's dream on US reality show Surreal Life, constantly shedding her clothes and starting fights with the other contestants.
OUT: Victoria Silverstedt
Like Neilsen, Silverstedt was one of the first celebs to join the lineup. The Swedish model decided to pull out earlier this week, however, having landed a presenting job for VH-1 in the States.
REFUSED: Lee Chapman
Leslie Ash's ex-footballer husband turned down a big money offer after having "some doubts" about the potential housemates.
REFUSED: Holly Valance
The Aussie singer-turned-actress also rejected an offer to appear on the show. She is currently in the US filming cameos for several TV shows.
IN: James McKenzie
At 19, the Blazin' Squad singer will be one of BB's youngest ever housemates.
OUT: Frank McAvennie
The former footballer was axed from the lineup at the weekend after apparently breaking one of the show's rules and talking to the media.
IN: Caprice Bourret
The 30-year-old model/actress initially turned down an offer but has since had a change of heart. She is being paid a reported £110,000 for the two-week stint.

Cherie Blair's lifestyle guru is one of the "real people" rumoured to be in the lineup.

The Red Dwarf star apparently signed up last month but has since been confirmed for another Channel 4 reality show, The Games, which begins in April.
