Michael Barrymore has reportedly been warned not to discuss the night that Stuart Lubbock was found in his swimming pool on Celebrity Big Brother.
The Sun reports that police will be monitoring everything that Barrymore says regarding the events of 2001 that ruined his career. The body of Stuart Lubbock was found floating in Barrymore's pool, suffering from "horrific sexual injuries", after a party in 2001. Although there was an inquest, Barrymore was not officially prosecuted for crimes related to the death.
Apparently his lawyers have warned him on his return from New Zealand to be cautious on the television show, as anything he says can be taken as evidence. Michael Barrymore has always maintained his innocence over the matter, and was devastated over Stuart's death.
