The group voted again yesterday - with Jim, Sam Faiers and Liz Jones facing eviction - but were also shown the nominations by Big Brother.
Jim's nomination of Sam did not go down well with the rest of the house, who accused him of voting tactically.
"He said, 'What's a tactical nomination?' as if he doesn't know," Luisa Zissman complained. "And that's why I then said, 'It would be like voting for Sam, because you know she's favourite to win'."
Linda described the nomination as "out of order", adding: "He says, 'Sam won't go'. I said, 'Well, we didn't think Lionel would go'."
Meanwhile, Luisa continued: "You know she's favourite to win and you want to get someone else out, which is exactly what he did with [Sam].
"It's also very tactical because he wants to stay and he knew that [Liz would] be up. Jim desperately wants to stay... But it's also tactical because he knows that everybody would vote for him and he also knew that people would vote for [Liz], but he also knew that voting Sam, it would assure [Liz was] out instead of him.
"That's why he did it. He also voted Sam because he knew by having Sam up the three of you were up and you'd go over him."
Dappy suggested that Sam would be safe as she received one of the highest votes last week, but Linda replied: "What if they don't pick up the phone for Sam and they've voted tactically?"
Liz also voted for Sam and openly admitted that she did it tactically, but Luisa and Liz reassured her that they weren't annoyed with her, with Linda saying: "Everyone's entitled to vote how they want and who they want and for what reason they want, but Jim actually came over and said, 'You know why I did that Sam, because you're going nowhere'.
"I don't agree with it... I don't like him and I don't agree with it. I've never made that secret."
Luisa added: "He should have nominated Linda and Luisa because he doesn't like us. Not Sam. [He nominated] Liz and Sam, because he knows Liz wants to leave and he knows Sam wants to stay - in his mind."
As the storm brewed in the house, Jim retreated to the garden, where he received support from Lee Ryan.
"Some people give a s**t about going home more than others," Lee said. "I wouldn't be too fussed, to be honest. I wouldn't give a f**k. I've come further than I thought I would, so if I got voted and everyone went, 'Alright, get your arse out of here', I wouldn't give a f**k, I really wouldn't."
Jim admitted: "If I wasn't nominated I would be devastated, seriously. Everyone has to tell a story, otherwise the nomination don't count."
"I honestly, hand on my heart, couldn't give a flying f**k," Lee added. "I couldn't care less, honestly. It is what it is. I'm happy I'm here. Live for the day, at the end of the day. I think I've done well coming this far, if I'm honest."
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
