Barrymore pool death reviewed

The death of a man in Michael Barrymore's swimming pool in 2001 is being reviewed.
Stuart Lubbock died after a party at Barrymore's then home. An open verdict was recorded at the inquest, and Barrymore was not charged with any crime.
However, Lubbock's father Terry has campaigned since his death for more information, even bringing a failed private proseuction against the Celebrity Big Brother star.
"There were at least eight people present on the night he died and somebody knows why he died and what happened to him," he said. "All I want to know is the truth about what happened to my son and why he died and I would urge someone to have the courage to come forward and tell the truth."
Police say the review is routine for all unexplained deaths. A spokeswoman added: "[It] is at a very early stage. A team of officers will look at the file and everything that has happened since."
