As part of the 'For Whom The Bell Tolls' task, Casey's mum dropped by the house but her daughter - who had been worried about what her parents thought of her time on the show - was banned from speaking to her.
When Casey's mother came through the grandfather clock, the glamour model began to cry immediately - especially as her mother called her "my princess" and promised that she was proud of her.
However, she added: "Listen to what I'm going to say to you. Please listen to me carefully. Keep away from Lee.
"Honestly, darling, he tells you one thing and then behind your back he tells housemates other things, and when he's in the Diary Room he says you get on his tits and you won't leave him alone. He's mugging you off, darling, he has mugged you off."
She added: "You're doing really well, but just keep away. You can do this for yourself - you don't need nobody else. You do it by yourself, darling - you're a big girl, you can do this. I know you can. I know you more than anybody."
Casey's mother had kinder words for Jim Davidson - whom she dubbed "Mr Jimbo" - saying: "Thank you so much for looking after my daughter. I think you're a very nice gentleman."
Before leaving, she gave Casey several kisses and repeated that her daughter does not need help from anybody else.
When Casey's mother had left, Lee joked: "I don't think your mum's the biggest fan of me."
Meanwhile, Sam Faiers suggested that the visit proved that Casey did not need to worry about what her parents thought.
