The live final attracted 3.04 million (14.2%) at 9pm on average, with an added 156,000 (1.1%) watching on +1. This is down over 100k from its launch episode, but up by a million viewers from Charlotte Crosby's win in September. It is down by around 200k from Rylan Clark's victory in January 2013.
Earlier, Ultimate Emergency Bikers brought in 1.08m (4.8%) at 8pm, while Bit on the Side entertained 1.15m (11.4%) at 11pm (109k/2.4% on +1).
On BBC One, Outnumbered returned for its final series with 4.76m (18.9%) at 9pm. This is up nearly 600k from its last regular episode in 2011. A repeat of Mrs Brown's Boys amused 3.58m (15.0%) at 9.30pm.
ITV's Midsomer Murders topped the ratings overall with 5.06m (21.4%) at 8pm (354k/1.7%).
BBC Two's Restaurant Man interested 1.43m (6.3%) at 8pm, followed by Horizon with 2.45m (10.0%) at 9pm.
On Channel 4, The Jump rose back up to 2.02m (8.9%) at 8pm (149k/0.6%), while 24 Hours in A&E appealed to 1.73m (7.1%) at 9pm (392k/2.2%).
