Eggs Benedict for breakfast

The servants have been preparing Eggs Benedict - ham, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce on English muffins - for the Goody family's breakfast.

One component of the dish, hollandaise sauce, initially confused Jackiey.

"What's that then?" she asked Ian after the name was mentioned. "That white stuff you put on pasta?"

A valiant attempt by Ian to explain the sauce communicated that Jackiey shouldn't swish it over her penne but the actual differences between it and alfredo sauce seemed a bit much for a freshly-awoken mother of Jade.
