Danielle: Sheringham still loves me

Danielle revealed footballing boyfriend Teddy Sheringham still loves her in the wake of Celebrity Big Brother.

The contestant had feared their relationship would be upset by the show - particularly after she was caught up in the Shilpa bullying-racism row.

However, she told the Daily Star that the ex-England player deluged her with text messages which she received on exiting the house, and has now assured her they are safe.

"Ted said he loved me and we'd see one another soon ? and there's so much that I want to tell him," she commented. "I was so happy to hear his voice.

"I had all those texts from him, which meant a lot, but to hear his voice was the best thing. It was only a quick call but he wanted me to know that he was thinking of me and he wanted to check that I was all right."

The model admitted she was scared her comments in the house would upset Sheringham. However, she added: "He knows the real me ? he knows I?m not a racist."
