Sheringham confirms Danielle split

Teddy Sheringham has revealed he has split up with Danielle Lloyd.

Rumours surrounding the couple's relationship have been abundant since Lloyd's controversial appearance on Celebrity Big Brother. Now the footballer has spoken out for the first time since she left the house, revealing their relationship is in fact over.

"People keep asking if we are engaged yet but I can say I am not with anyone, I wish people would believe it," he told the Daily Mail whilst on a night out.

"I am not with her tonight and who is to say I will ever be with her again?" he continued. "People don't believe me but I guess they will have to read what she has to say in the papers from now on."
