Gossip site hit by anti-Goody messages

A top US celebrity gossip website was flooded with complaint messages after interviewing Jade Goody.

Perez Hilton, an influential Hollywood columnist, interviewed the shamed comeback Big Brother star and posted the result on his website as a ?postcard from London?. It was seen as a career move by Goody to impress in the USA.

But the idea was sabotaged by followers in the UK annoyed at Goody, who made allegedly racist comments in the Big Brother House, getting publicity. The readers left thousands of annoyed messages, according to the Daily Star.

Hilton, who later had to remove the item, wrote: ?We had a lovely day getting to know Jade, who has her own plans of trying to conquer America ? like David & Victoria Beckham and Jordan & Peter Andre.?

One response, from Becky in the UK, read: ?You failed to mention that Jade is now an outcast in Britain due to her ?racism? on Celeb Big Brother!?

And one from Sam added: ?Jade Goody is a racist piece of sh**e, The UK hates her.? Another, from a user called Sarah, declared: ?Why are you hanging out with a proven racist? America can have her, because we don?t need scum like that here any more."
