Danielle Lloyd abused in nightclub

Celebrity Big Brother contestant Danielle Lloyd is verbally and physically abused in a nightclub in her hometown, Liverpool.

According to the Mirror, she spent the evening crying in the VIP area of the Newz Bar.

The star, who was out for the night with her brother and mother, was shouted at, pushed and punched before having her mobile phone stolen by a group of girls.

Her phone was then passed to what the newspaper describes as a "well-known local thug", who offered to return it only if Danielle followed him to the bottom of a deserted stairwell.

A source said: "The girls had a problem straight away. They called her all the names under the sun including a slag, a disgrace and a money-grabber.

"They were still shouting as security forced them out."
