The reality TV star's career was left in tatters after she was removed from the house in January amid allegations of racist bullying towards eventual winner Shilpa Shetty.
Series 2 winner Brian Dowling took top spot in the survey of more than 2,500 readers of Radiotimes.com.
Nick Bateman finished third, followed by last year's winner Pete Bennett and TV presenter Jon Tickle, who starred in series 4.
Paul Clarke and Helen Adams were voted best Big Brother romance, with Pete's fling with Nikki Grahame coming in second.
Stuart and Michelle from BB5 finished third, while current series lovebirds Ziggy and Chanelle only managed fourth.
