Goody admits to taking diet pills

Jade Goody has confessed to taking slimming pills in a bid to lose weight.

The Big Brother star told New! magazine: "I couldn't buy them myself in case I got photographed, so my mate got them for me from a little shop around the corner."

But she has pledged to steer clear of the tablets in the future, saying they made her "so out of it" that she attempted to strip at a party for sons Bobby, four, and Freddie, three.

She added: "I've done so much damage to my body through taking the pills and making myself sick. I've gone down that road and don't want to go back."
