Boys Jay Gardner, Gaz Beadle, James Tindale and girls Vicky Pattison, Holly Hagan, Sophie Kasaei and Charlotte-Letitia Crosby will all return to their luxury loft apartment, alongside new stars Ricci Guarnaccio and Rebecca Walker.
Ricci has been billed as an Italian stallion, while Rebecca has been described as a "feisty fittie" who will "ruffle a few feathers".
Greg Lake departed the show earlier this year, claiming that he wanted to work on other TV projects.
Ricci, 25, is the self-proclaimed "king of Newcastle" and "ultimate ladies' man", who runs his own salon and spends his spare time working on his eight-pack and topping up his tan. The half-Italian admits that he is cocky and vain, but also confesses to being a mummy's boy
Rebecca has a "chicks before d**ks" philosophy and is determined to bring back girl power with her female friends. The 18-year-old is the youngest cast member and has admitted to having a crush on her new co-star Jay. She is fascinated by boobs and looks for men who work, drive and dress well, while they must also be taller than her and have good teeth.
