Vicky Pattison and Ricci Guarnaccio walked out of filming on online spinoff show Under The Car Bonnet, which was shot immediately after the season two premiere aired.
Meanwhile, friends of the cast were taken out of the building by security guards as tensions between the reality TV stars developed across the evening.
Pattison stormed out of the Newcastle event after love interest Guarnaccio called her a "fat cow" on at least two occasions. The cast newcomer also walked out of filming after he was sent a text informing him that Pattison was throwing all his clothes out of a hotel window.
Trouble was also brewing between on-off couple Gaz Beadle and Charlotte-Letitia Crosby, who rowed at the late night after-party in Tiger Tiger. A source told Digital Spy: "Charlotte was not impressed by Gaz's behaviour in the first episode. She has real feelings for her co-star, but she keeps getting hurt and the duo were rowing in the club later on."
The insider added: "The premiere screening was just like an episode of Geordie Shore. The cast were all squabbling, getting drunk and falling out. Filming for the online spinoff show was chaotic and host Laura Whitmore did amazingly well to hold the programme together."
"There was a free bar at the event and the cast and their friends made the most of it. Unfortunately that meant most of them were pretty drunk and rowdy by the time it came to filming."
Geordie Shore continues on Tuesday nights at 10pm on MTV.
