Voted out by their coaches, Tom Jones and will.i.am, and the British public, the duo's singing dream is - for the time being - over.
Digital Spy caught up with the pair on Monday to talk quiffs, rhymes and jobs at ASDA cafe.
Have you stopped crying yet?
"Umm. I did cry for quite some time. It was just because the experience was so amazing. And I'm really sad to see it end, but all good things end, so… yeah, I just got really upset. This has really become our world now. This is what we've been surrounded with since, like, November. I just didn't really want it to be over. It was so amazing."
Now you're eliminated do you regret picking this talent show?
"Not at all. I'm a real big fan of the show. I think it just celebrates everything that's right. It celebrates music. It celebrates positivity. Everyone on it is an artist and they all have their own creative vision and know exactly what they want to do in music. We all get our own opinion, which is another great thing. We get to say what we want to do in styling, performance, song choice - everything."
Were you happy with your song choice?
"I chose the song and will agreed with it. A lot of people are asking me: 'Do you regret singing this song?', but not at all. I'd rather do this song and people not like it than do another song that I don't like and people vote for it. That's the kind of artist I am. I just was myself. I don't think people didn't like it and didn't vote for me because they didn't like the track. I just think this show is so amazing and whoever goes out now, it's like, 'Why? Why? They're so amazing'. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. I'm just so proud to have been a part of it."
What was will.i.am like to work with?
"Before The Voice all I knew of will was his music and his creativity. He's so creative and I always said, 'I would love to work with someone that creative'. Someone who has that strength of vision. He's just so funny and so full of life and so creative. He's always creating things. I really really love him."
Is he as barmy off screen?
"It's really hilarious because obviously you don't get to see everything. Off-camera as well, he's exactly the same and he just comes up with these hilarious rhymes. He rhymes everything! He's just incredible. He's just a genius, really."
Will you stay in touch?
"I do have his email. He does follow me on Twitter, so I might torture him on DM! When I left, I spoke to Dante Santiago and he said, 'We're not done with you yet', and that's a really nice thing to hold on to. I think he really cares about his artists. He really loves us all and it's really nice to know he's behind me."
What's your plan B now you've left the show?
"I never make plan B's. That's not who I am. But my plan A is music. Plan A was never The Voice. Plan A is just... music. Doing the best I can through music. Making sure I live through music. Because that's what I believe I'm here for."
Who do you think will win?
"It's really hard. I think a lot of people have different opinions. I personally like Vince Kidd, Cassius Henry and Tyler James. But who I think is probably going to win is Ruth Brown. She's incredible as well. But for my taste, it would be Tyler James, Vince Kidd and Cassius Henry. "
How did you think Saturday went?
"I was flat at one point and I wasn't at my best. It didn't showcase the other side to my voice which can be mellow. But you know what, that's life!"
Any regrets about your choice of shirt?
"Why would I!"
It was possibly a tad much...
"Do you think? I had absolute say on that. They told me not to wear it and I refused to listen. I loved that pirate shirt. It was fabulous. I'd be wearing ravens on shoulders pads if I had my way. Nothing is too far. What style do you go for?"
A bit mellower than that shirt...
"Some may say boring!"
How is the quiff today?
"I'm wearing it at half-mast today in mourning. I spend about 20 minutes a day doing it. I am the king of the quiffs!"
Is this the end for your singing career?
"I really can't let it fail. This isn't the end of me in the music, this isn't the end of me in entertainment. If it is the end of me, then you'll be seeing more of me down ASDA. I'll be working at the ASDA cafe. My best friend works there. The only problem is that I'm not sure I can wear the hat with my quiff. Swings and roundabouts!"
I heard lots of lookalike comparisons for you on Twitter. Which one was your favourite?
"It's all just fat people isn't it? They don't look the same as me other than being fat? If they're fat they look like me. I mean take your pick."
I feel bad for mentioning it now...
"So you should. You're vile! Ha!"
What is Tom Jones like?
"He was absolutely bloody amazing!"
Did you ever burst into 'What's Up Pussycat' when you were with him?
"No. I wouldn't do that. He's too cool to do that. He's cool and classic."
Have you got his number?
"I've got his email, but not his number."
If we were you, we'd send him an email asking for a trip to his pad in LA!
"Would you? That would be a bit creepy thought wouldn't it? Ha!"
The Voice UK continues on Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One.
