'The Voice' UK: How does it work? - Watch first video of BBC series

BBC One has splashed the cash on the biggest new reality show on the planet, The Voice, and you can expect to be hearing a lot more about it across the spring.

Featuring will.i.am, Jessie J, Tom Jones and Danny O'Donoghue as coaches, the programme is a new twist on the musical talent show format, featuring blind auditions and battle rounds.

Hosts Holly Willoughby and Reggie Yates will guide us through the tears and drama on Saturday nights.
